Considered the goodwill arm of the Chamber, the Ambassadors Council plays a vital role as the cornerstone of the chamber’s future success. Welcoming new investors to the chamber is just one of the ways in which ambassadors promote the Greater Baltimore Chamber. Ambassadors invite new investors to events, promote community awareness, and serve as liaisons between the chamber and the member. The Ambassadors Council consists of chamber members in good standing who are interested in volunteering their time to engage members. Upon appointment, each ambassador makes a commitment to build intentional relationships with chamber investors in order to cultivate a loyal, committed investment base. The chamber’s goal is to cultivate highly-informed and involved members who, together, want to help build a Greater Baltimore.
Ambassadors are responsible for engaging, encouraging, and expanding relationships on behalf of the Chamber. Each ambassador is encouraged to connect members with other members and services. Ambassadors also provide vital resources by sharing their own business, wisdom, organizational insights, and connections with other chamber members.
